Examiners in Civil Law — Succession and Family Law strongly encourage students to consider enrolling in this course no earlier than the fourth year of studies, after passing the exam in Obligations. Knowledge of the law of obligations is highly desirable as the substantive foundation for the material covered in the Succession and Family Law course.
